Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of it being placed or seven days after receipt of the goods.  A seven day cooling-off period starts from the day after the goods are delivered and if you cancel your order with us then you will have your payment returned promptly.  Please note that postage for both ways will be deducted from the refund if you choose to cancel the order.  This does not affect your statuary rights.

If there are any damages or missing parts this should be reported within 7 days of the customer receiving the item. No exceptions will be allowed!

In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered, Rachel Antoni will aim to have the product either repaired or will send replacement parts out to the customer’s address as soon as possible. If the item develops a fault within 28 days of receiving it we will undertake the carriage costs incurred to get the item back for repair or a replacement. After this period the customer will be liable to send the product back to us for repair or replacement. It will also be the customer's responsibility to package the item back to us either in its original packaging or adequate packaging. We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 28 working days and if this does not happen we will replace the item. Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered at the manager’s discretion.

Where an item is faulty we would advise customers to phone us directly in order to advise and guide them through some simple troubleshooting steps. When returning items can you please enclose a covering letter stating your full details including order number, a daytime contact number and the reason for return.
