Options available
- Standard delivery for all items is £3.95. Free if you spend over £40.
- Express delivery for all items is £4.95.
For standard delivery, Rachel Antoni aims to deliver your order to you within 3 days, please allow for at least 7 working days for your order to arrive. Please note that a signature may be required when your parcel is delivered to you.
For express delivery, Rachel Antoni aims to deliver your order to you by5.30pm the next working day, if your order is placed before 3pm. This option is available to customers Monday to Friday but excludes Bank Holidays. Unfortunately we cannot give a specific time of delivery for this service however delivery of your order will normally be between 9am and 5.30pm. If you are not available to accept delivery of your parcel it may be left with a neighbour or put in a safe place but if this is not possible the parcel will be taken to your local depot and a card left explaining where to go to collect your parcel. There will also be the option of re-delivery with the courier.

Shipping and Handling: Rachel Antoni charges Postage and Packing which is based on the value of your order and the weight of the parcel for delivery to UK mainland. We also deliver to highlands and islands in the UK areas such as Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other Channel Islands. If the delivery cost is not available on this site, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0161 366 0375. From time to time, we may offer free delivery to UK mainland. This information shall be available on the site at the time of promotion.
Schedule: All goods are delivered to your address within 2 to 3 working days. If you would prefer next day delivery then this can be arranged, please e-mail us for our current prices for this service.
Delays: In the event of a delay in delivery, please note that Rachel Antoni can not be held responsible for the fault of the courier. There is no refund allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on time.
Failed Delivery: If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel but has not found anyone to take the delivery, the driver will leave a card through the letterbox and it will become the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with the courier company. Usually the parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days and then it will come back to us. In this event, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charge incurred.
